除了SE P系列使用之外，國內的BenQ P3x也是使用UIQ。

## 為什麼要有這麼多種不同的使用者介面？ ##
Symbian OS 在很早的階段就已經把彈性化的使用者介面納入設計的目標之一。
目的是為了讓製造商能夠有最大的彈性研發出具有差異化與創新性的介面與硬體。
(例如Nokia的閃光螢幕和SE的滾輪。)
## Type.1 帶有數字鍵盤的移動裝置 ## (外型與一般手機無異，為多數消費者較注意的類型。)
裝置特點: 搖桿/軟鍵/滾輪+傳統數字鍵盤+單手操作
使用重點: 語音通話
使用介面: S60(176x208)、S40(320x240)
手機範例: 6260、6680、7610、N90(解析度例外)...etc & 6270、6280...etc

## Type.2 帶有觸控螢幕的移動裝置 ##
裝置特點: 手寫+雙手操作
使用重點: 網路與多媒體檔案瀏覽、執行程式
使用介面: UIQ(直式螢幕)、S90(橫式螢幕)
手機範例: SE P800、SE P900、SE P910、Moto A1000...etc & Nokia 7710
